The coaches will initiate communication and schedule
an exploratory discussion of your coaching needs. Click
here to learn a few useful tips on how to interview and chose
the perfect coach.

Some coaches offer a free 20 to 30 minute sample
coaching session. This is another way to check if the chemistry between
the coach and you is right.

The telephone is the most common method of delivery
for coaching sessions. Coaches are trained to listen in an extraordinary
way, so coaching over the telephone works exceedingly well.

Most people are surprised to learn that working by phone, fax, and email is actually more effective than in person for a number of reasons (efficiency, ability to focus, psychological safety, and lower cost, just to name a few).
Step 3: Hire your coach and give us your feedback

Hire the coach you like best.

You and your chosen coach will need to agree on
the scope of work, length and financial terms of your relationship.

Coaching fees for individual engagements range
from $350 to over $1,000 per month for 3-4 hours of coaching. This
is based on the experience and skill-set of your chosen coach.
- Finally, in our efforts to improve the overall experience you and
other members of the CoachLink community receive, we ask that you complete
a brief follow-up survey where you can rate your experience with each
of your matching coaches and with CoachLink.
