CoachLink developed The CoachLink Certification, the most thorough prescreening process in the coaching industry to address concerns about integrity and proficiency potential clients have when searching for a coach.

The CoachLink Certification is a requirement all of our coaches must complete prior to joining CoachLink. Only coaches with the highest qualifications and credentials are invited to join the CoachLink network. Each of our coaches meets the following minimum criteria:

• Ten years or more experience at senior management level or equivalent experience as a successful entrepreneur or professional practitioner
• Graduation from a certified coaching training program or equivalent coaching experience
• Minimum of two years of professional coaching experience
• Minimum of one year as a coachee
• Minimum of three client references and one peer coach reference
• Verified academic and professional credentials
• A clean criminal record

CoachLink utilizes CoachScreen™ a proprietary coach screening process to review each coach candidate and to ensure he/she meets our qualification criteria.

The CoachLink Certification Seal officially recognizes that a coach has undergone our thorough screening process and that you don't need to worry about asking embarrassing questions of a coach you wish to hire. So before you work with any coach, make sure you really know who you are hiring!
