Cenmar Fuertes
Founder & CEO
Cenmar has over 14 years of global management and business startup
experience. He has held senior executive positions at two Fortune 500
companies and has led organizations of various sizes and compositions
in the development of solutions to meet their growth, organizational,
and competitive challenges. In 1999, Cenmar founded Latin
eVentures Ltd. and its operating brand, eAQUI
(now Softcorp), Latin America's first web-based business to business
e-Procurement solution. As CEO of Latin
eVenutres Ltd. Cenmar lead and coached over sixty team members and
setup up operations in six countries, raising three rounds of private
equity financing, and generating first year revenues of $3 million.
From 1993 through 1999, Cenmar worked as an international business executive
at Ingram Micro,
Inc. (NYSE: IM),
the world's largest distributor of IT products. Cenmar served as GM
and Representative Director of Ingram Micro Japan, where he oversaw
a joint venture with Softbank
Corporation. Prior to living in Tokyo, Cenmar was Ingram Micro's
Director of Global Sales where he led teams in four continents in the
development and implementation of supply-chain solutions for the Company's
largest clients, including Dell Computer,
GE Capital, EDS,
and IBM Global
Services.
Cenmar discovered the need for a service like CoachLink in 2001, while
searching for a coach for himself. As an executive and entrepreneur,
he realized that he would have benefited greatly by working with personal
coaches at various points of his life. At the time of this search, he
found little consumer-friendly information about coaching and the benefits
it provides. He was also confused about the qualifications, skills,
and credentials of coaches to whom he was referred to by friends. He
created CoachLink to help others understand coaching and to assist them
in finding the best qualified coach for their specific situation.
Cenmar is a practicioner of Zen and a student of Eastern thought and
human potential. He hopes that the services CoachLink provides will
help others find paths toward more simple, enlightened, and fulfilling
lives.
