1. What
does my membership fees cover?
Most of your membership fee covers the administrative cost
of conducting your background check.

2. How is
the percentage of my coaching fees that goes
to CoachLink determined?
CoachLink charges a flat 20% of the fees you bill clients
we refer to you. This percentage is constant for up to twelve
months of engagement between you and the referred client.

3. How does CoachLink collect
my fees?
We work on an honor system. As you collect fees from the clients
we refer to you, we expect you to submit, once per month,
a percentage equal to 20% of the collected fees. On the thirteenth
month of continuous engagement with individual clients we
refer to you, you will no longer be required to submit a referral
payment. Every referral that goes through the CoachLink network
is considered a new business lead. Even if it is for a client
you have helped in the past.

4. What happens I dont
pay my referral fees to CoachLink?
You will be in violation of your agreement with CoachLink
at which point we reserve the right to remove you the CoachLink
network and utilize all means available to us to collect such
fees.

5. What if I want to cancel
my membership?
Simply contact us and we'll remove you from our referral database.
Membership fees are not refundable.

6. How can clients find
me on CoachLink?
At this point, we only provide your profile to prospective
clients we match you with. You can also provide a direct link
to your profile.

7. Why does CoachLink need
to check my credentials?
To provide Clients peace of mind and to show you are committed
to the highest ethical and honesty standards. A compelling
profile tells potential Clients as much as possible about
your background and your areas of expertise. CoachLink has
a partnership with Absolutebackgrounds.com that allows us
to verify your background and professional credentials in
the following areas:
- Academic degrees
- Professional licenses
- Employment history
- Criminal record
- Trade affiliations
Absolutebackgrounds.com performs the screening
and send us a secure, confidential report. Then we'll display
your confirmed credentials in your Profile.

8. How
do I make changes to my online CoachLink Profile?
For now, you need to e-mail us your changes and edits in a
Microsoft Word document. E-mail the document to profiles@coachlink.biz.

9. How do I promote
myself within the CoachLink community?
Create a great online listing. Describe yourself, your expertise,
your experience and your interests as thoroughly as possible.
Participate in the CoachLink community. Answer
questions posted by Clients and potential Clients in the Public
Message Board and communicate with other Coaches in the Coach
Message Board and showcase your expertise
and your own coaching practice by posting your articles and
white papers in CoachLink's Resource Center. |
