This assessment provides Hiring Managers a broad understanding of a prospective employee's work style. The assessment also identifies the natural behavior that a prospective employee brings to the job. That is, if left alone, how he/she would choose to do the job. By understanding the natural behavior a prospective employee brings to the job, a Hiring Manager can best determine how this behavior will fit with the behavior needed for successful job performance.

Success or failure on a job many times is related to a person's behavioral match to the job or their perception of the job. The MFS Work Environment™ assessment was developed to provide a systematic and comprehensive way of exploring the behavior demanded by various jobs. Reports can be generated on a specific job, people's perception of the job or comparing perceptions. Understand why some people succeed in a particular job and others don't. The MFS Work Environmentä assessment reports natural and adapted work behaviors and allows for evaluation of a person's potential value and potential stresses related to specific job compatibility.
